Today's introductory class was a great start to the year. We have some incredible kids who were full of both questions and answers to our questions. It was truly enjoyable to engage with them. We introduced the concepts of understanding the question, "Who am I? and what is the purpose of life? Through out the year everything covered will be an attempt to answer these two questions.
We also introduced 2 other concepts - Sanaatana Dharma and the core elements that all things are made of - earth, space, water, fire, air, sun, moon and the self.
It was nice to meet many of the parents in class today. We hope to engage with parents as well throughout the year. We request you to engage the kids in robust debates on the topics covered as they are no longer the stories covered in the previous years but more crystallized concepts from our scriptures.
